BUSINESS
Started work at 12, set up my first business at 19, and have since founded more than fifteen companies and sat on twenty-five boards. The rollercoaster of entrepreneurship has never been a dull ride.

WORDS
I love the power of words. They have the capacity to change our world. I have written five plays, and my second book, UN-PREPARED, is out on 20 November.

PERFORM
Whether it's the stage of a theatre, the stage of a conference room, or the floor of a lecture hall, it is a joy to change people's thinking and feelings in person.

Helping people find their true purpose or why they do what they do is my greatest passion in life and my personal growth is always part of that journey.

Whether that's formally in a university or boardroom, or more directly through a course or personal connection, guiding people to know more drives me onwards.
