Zach knew early he would not have a conventional career.

From managing his family's restaurants as a teenager, to training as an actor at Arts Educational — a prestigious London theatre school — to founding his first company at nineteen, the pattern was set from the outset. Not restlessness. Not an inability to commit. Something more like a deep and slightly inconvenient honesty about what he actually was.

Since then, he has founded over fifteen companies and been involved in the early stages of a further twenty, across eight industry sectors. Twenty-five board seats. More lessons than could fit into one book, which is why he is writing several. Recent ventures include The Perfect Gentleman — including a co-authored book — and The Suited Chef, an online cooking show with over fifty episodes and tens of thousands of viewers.

Alongside building companies, Zach got serious about understanding people. An MBA from Bayes Business School. Master Practitioner of NLP. Master Hypnotist. Body Language Expert. Diplomas in Counselling Skills and CBT. 5 Coaching Certificates. Currently training as an integrative Psychotherapist with the National College of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. Not as certificates. As a genuine attempt to understand why people do what they do — and how to help them do it differently.

He writes plays. Attends theatre. Has performed stand-up comedy. Runs professional TTRPG sessions. Volunteers with The King's Trust. He has been through divorces. Illness. The years that do not appear on a LinkedIn profile but make an enormous difference to who you are when someone genuinely needs your help.
