The skills are not similar. They are identical. Negotiation, improvisation, reading the room, managing the person who talks too much and drawing out the one who has not spoken. Committing to a plan you are not certain about, and then living with it.
The difference is that at the table, nobody is defending a budget. People behave as themselves. Which is precisely why you learn more about your team in four hours of this than in four years of appraisals.

A long-form story built around your group, run over months. Persistent world, consequences that carry, and a table that becomes the thing people move their diaries for.

Half-day · Team of 4–8 · Facilitated debrief
A bespoke scenario written around the real dynamics of your team, followed by a structured debrief that translates what happened at the table into what happens in your building. This is team development wearing a very good disguise.
