Your data & your rights

Unsubscribing adds your email address to a suppression list so we can honour your request and stop sending you further messages. We process this on the basis of your withdrawal of consent and our legal obligation under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR (Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 7(3)).

We retain the suppression record indefinitely for the sole purpose of ensuring we do not email you again. We do not share, sell, or use your data for profiling or marketing.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@falconer-barfield.com.
